Our 2026 Summer Internship Program runs for 9 weeks, starting on Monday, June 8 th and finishing on Friday, August 7 th , 2026. This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the Asset Management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders. We are only accepting applications from students in their Junior Year, graduating in 2027.

- Shows genuine interest in asset management and current market trends, with the ability to discuss the impact of economic events on investments and form well-reasoned opinions on commercial or financial matters.
- Demonstrates moderate understanding of finance, able to discuss macro-level topics with clients and articulate insights effectively.
- Acts as a self-starter who is driven and passionate, willingly takes initiative, and seeks out opportunities - evidenced by leading or launching projects, societies, or volunteering activities.
- Maintains composure and methodical thinking under pressure, balancing commitments and delivering results even in high-pressure environments.
- Confident, authentic communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to adapt style to different audiences, present clearly, and build rapport - whether in person, over the phone, or in client-facing situations.

The Client Group is a central function that integrates expertise in product, marketing, and sales. Our team operates across three key areas to ensure everything we do is guided by our clients’ needs and expectations:
- Value Proposition: Develops tailored investment offerings by analyzing market trends, reviewing competitor activity, and working alongside investment teams to create innovative solutions that our clients value.
- Sales Activation: Delivers local sales strategies and deepens client relationships, focusing on growth opportunities and ensuring high standards of client service across regions.
- Delivery: Partners with technology and operations to drive efficient, data-driven processes, leveraging insights and tools to continuously enhance client engagement.
- You will be in your Junior Year. Unfortunately, we no longer accept applications from Seniors considering further studies (i.e Masters) upon completion of undergraduate course
- A good working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to understand our target audiences
