Responsibilities and Duties
-Help prospective residents find a new apartment home
-Process the application paperwork
-Prepare the lease/addendums
-Post monthly rent
-Answer the phone and respond to emails
-Plan resident events/activities
Qualifications and Skills
Previous leasing experience is preferred but not required
5 years customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork
