Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation practices at all times.
- Assist in menu planning, including daily specials and catering events.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
