Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, slicers, and food processors safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients with proper hygiene practices to prevent contamination
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen areas through regular cleaning and sanitation
- Support food preparation tasks including slicing, dicing, portioning, and plating dishes with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while adhering to safety standards in production
- Assist with catering events or special functions as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely meal service
