This role involves a blend of administrative and resident support duties, including coordinating transportation, maintaining tenant records, assisting with tours and inquiries, and helping produce internal communications like newsletters and memos. You'll also serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience for all.
