Schooner Senior Living Community is looking for a Part-time Receptionist to add to its team for evenings and weekends, approx. 8-14 hours a week. Currently the open hours for this position is every Thurs 5-8:30pm, Fri 4-8:30pm, and every other Saturday 8:30am-3pm. Must have the flexibility/availability to fill in other days and/or nights during the week and/or weekend to cover shifts of co-workers when needing time off.
Be part of a team who supports one another as well as the needs of our tenants. This position is the Smiling, Welcoming Face and Voice of Schooner, as tenants, families and visitors come through our door, or call on the phone.
Our Reception Desk is open 7 days a week (includes holidays) from 8am - 8:30pm M-F, and 8:30am - 8:30pm on Sat/Sun.

The successful candidate is more than a receptionist and greeter. Our team provides support to the whole organization. You may be asked to:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, transportation schedule, etc
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook are a must.
