- Collaborate with the athletic director and other coaching staff to align program goals and objectives.

Requirements
- Previous coaching experience in volleyball, preferably at the high school level or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with student-athletes, parents, and staff.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential.
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain prior to the start of the season.
- Availability to attend all practices, games, and team events throughout the season.
- A commitment to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
- Background check clearance in accordance with school district policies.
