We are a high-energy music school where students gain confidence, creativity, and life skills through performance-based music education. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-driven leader to help support daily operations and strengthen our school community.
The Operations & Community Coordinator plays a critical cultural role in the day-to-day success of our school. This position supports daily operations, staff culture, student safety, enrollment growth, and communication with families. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and administrative leadership team to ensure the school runs smoothly, professionally, and with heart.

School Operations & Environment
- Support daily operations including opening and closing the school
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall flow of the school day
- Ensure the school environment is clean, safe, organized, and professional
Leadership & Culture
- Be a visible leader who promotes a culture of growth, accountability, and positivity
- Motivate staff to provide exceptional instruction and professional communication with students and parents
- Model strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Support the leadership of the administrative team by managing complex schedules
- Handle phone calls and email communication for a busy music school
- Use multiple software platforms daily, including scheduling software, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and design tools such as Canva
Student Safety & Policies
- Help ensure a safe and supportive experience for all students
- Oversee adherence to the School of Rock Code of Conduct and safety policies
Enrollment & Tours
- Confidently explain and pitch our music programs to prospective families
- Lead school tours and guide families through the enrollment process
- Support student enrollment and retention goals
Marketing & Communication
- Contribute content to and help maintain an active social media presence
- Assist with writing marketing emails, newsletters, and announcements
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective families and leads
General Manager Support
- Provide direct support to the General Manager with special projects
- Assist with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working with others as a team player and communicating with families
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using technology and learning new software
