What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-School Teacher's Assistant position at School for Early Learning?
The Sandwich Public Schools is searching for a Teacher's Assistant for our School for Early Learing (SEL), a year-round preschool. This is a full-time, year-round position.
Reports to:
Director of Early Learning
Qualifications:
- CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred
- Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months
- Immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the classroom teacher in providing a nurturing and safe environment to help the children in their care to reach age appropriate milestones.
COMPENSATION: $18.00 - $20.00/hour based on experience.
