What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Learning Administrative Assistant position at School District of Ashland?
- Completion of training in administrative assistant training program preferred.
- Previous administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Demonstrate skilled knowledge in job related software (Excel, Word, Skyward, etc.)
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to compose correspondence independently.
- District Office receptionist, greet visitors and primary phone contact for District Office inquiries.
- Organize and manage routine work activities for the Student Learning Department.
- Welcome and enroll new students/families to the School District of Ashland.
- Recruit, schedule and coordinate substitute training.
- Support Director of Student Learning with the implementation of the summer school program.
- Complete state/federal required reporting requirements. (Pupil Count, EASIE, etc.)
- Other duties as required.
