What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nurse (RN) 1:1 (87%) Keene School District position at School Administrative Unit No. 29?
The position of School Nurse was established for the purpose(s) of overseeing the individual health needs of students, and we are looking for a 1:1 RN, (87%) 6.5 hours per day for Keene School District at the Elementary School level.
Experience: Associate Degree with minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience under own valid RN license in pediatric or related nursing areas, including, but not limited to: public health, community health, family mental health, emergency and/or primary care nursing.
Education: BSN degree or enrollment or eligibility to enroll in BSN program (to be completed within 6 years of hire), required of all new hires after July 1, 2016.
License: Holds a current New Hampshire RN license, or eligible for New Hampshire RN endorsement from a reciprocal state. Current CPR certification. NH DOE Certification required.
