The Office Aide is a vital member of our school's front-office team. Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Execute daily clerical tasks to support the school office and ensure efficient operations.
- Health Support: Assist with student health issues, including managing minor illnesses, injuries, and dispensing daily medications in the absence of the school nurse.
- Special Education Support: Perform specialized clerical duties to assist the Special Education department.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of privacy regarding student records and school information.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous job-related experience is preferred.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a calm demeanor during medical situations, and the ability to multitask in a busy school environment.
