A skilled nursing facility in the Indianapolis area is seeking a confident, results-driven Interim Director of Nursing to provide strong clinical leadership, support the nursing team, and ensure exceptional resident care during a leadership transition.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the nursing department
- Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to deliver outstanding resident care
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to maintain efficient operations
- Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance
- Promote a positive, team-focused culture while maintaining high clinical standards
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly assess needs and lead teams effectively
