What You'll Do
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assemble and prepare mailings using match media processes.
- Meet daily production and quality standards.
- Inspect work for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a production environment.
- Previous fulfillment, warehouse, production, or mailing experience is a plus.
- Match media mailing experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a production environment with moderate to high noise levels.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Work hours - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Full-time availability is required (no part-time schedules).
- Must be available to work 5 full days per week.
- Weekend work and overtime may be required based on business needs.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
