Schoen’s Roofing is experiencing rapid growth, with our revenue tripling year over year. As we continue to expand our brand, we are seeking 10 motivated individuals to join our team as Roofing/Exterior Sales Representatives.
We understand that a 100% commission role can feel challenging without the proper foundation. That’s why we’ve invested heavily in creating our 6-Week Roofing Sales Rep Academy, designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to succeed in this industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect homeowners in storm-affected areas and generate new leads.
- Perform roof inspections to identify potential storm damage.
- Assist homeowners throughout the insurance claims process.
- Write accurate estimates and manage projects from start to finish.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every client.
- Self-manage your schedule and pipeline while utilizing office-generated leads.
Qualifications
- Comfortable interacting face-to-face with homeowners.
- Ability to safely climb a ladder and navigate rooftops when necessary.
- Reliable transportation.
- Independent, self-disciplined, and strong time-management skills.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to self-generate leads while also working office leads.
- Smartphone (for photos/video) and laptop/iPad (for estimates).
