Responsibilities
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate and install custom cabinets.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry components with precision.
- Measure spaces accurately on-site to ensure proper fitment of cabinets and related fixtures.
- Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, and hardware securely while maintaining safety standards on construction sites.
- Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, or painting to achieve a polished look.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure specifications are met throughout the fabrication and installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custom residential cabinetry.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other fabrication equipment.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to cabinetry projects.
- Experience with all phases of residential cabinetry.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling and installation tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in woodworking and fixture installation.
