Cabinet Builder – Full Time

M.A.C. Cabinets is hiring full‑time Cabinet Builders to join our team in Tyler, TX. This role involves building, assembling, and preparing cabinetry for installation, ensuring proper construction, alignment, and quality. Some flexibility for remote coordination or planning is available.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble cabinets accurately and efficiently
- Read tape measures, fractions, and decimals
- Read plans, drawings, and follow directions
- Operate tools and machinery (saws, routers, etc.) safely
- Work with a team to complete projects on schedule
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean, safe, drug‑free work environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read fractions/decimals
- Ability to follow directions and read plans
- Experience with tools and machinery
- Bilingual is a plus
- Self‑motivated and dependable
Pay
Starting pay is based on experience. We are willing to train motivated candidates.
