Overview
- Have access to 4,000-5,000 loads every day on Schneider’s private load board, FreightPower.
- Pick from a wide variety of loads, including contract, spot, dedicated account and team-friendly freight.
- Haul 90% drop-and-hook freight in dry van trailers.
- Decide how often and when you and your driving partner get home.
- Get $7,500 in incentives per person, paid out over 23 weeks (terms and conditions apply).
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- Have a minimum of 6 months of Class A driving experience.

Meet the following tractor requirements:
- Truck(s) must be 2011 or newer.
- Truck(s) need to pass a DOT inspection.
- Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements.
- Truck(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System.
- Additional qualifications apply.
