Schneider is seeking an Accounting Manager in Green Bay to lead accounting tasks and direct the work of associates. The Accounting Manager will participate in month-end close, review monthly internal financial statements and conduct special projects.

Job Overview
Schneider is seeking an Accounting Manager in Green Bay to lead accounting tasks and direct the work of associates. The Accounting Manager will participate in month-end close, review monthly internal financial statements and conduct special projects.
Responsibilities
- Review journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Lead subledger accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
- Oversee intercompany transactions and balances, foreign ledgers and foreign currency.
- Take part in audit engagements with an external audit firm.
- Manage and distribute work amongst team members.
- Mentor associates in career development and problem resolution.
- Provide training to team members on department policies, procedures and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of accounting experience.
- Public accounting and/or internal audit experience a plus.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of enterprise financial systems, such as Oracle.
