Job Title: Client Outreach Coordinator / Appointment Setter

Location: Taylors, SC (Greenville area), in office

Pay: $15–$17 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm

Heads up: This is a high-volume phone position. Expect to make and take up to 100 calls a day.

About Schneider Tree Care
Schneider Tree Care has cared for trees and landscapes across the Upstate, with certified arborists who handle pruning, removals, and plant health care for homeowners and businesses. We’re growing, and we need someone to keep our arborists’ calendars full.

The Role
You’ll be the voice of Schneider Tree Care on the phone, and this is a phone-first job. You’ll spend most of your day on calls, making and taking up to 100 calls a day. Most of your calls go to clients who already know us. You’ll check in after their jobs are finished to make sure they’re happy with the work, and you’ll help them book their next visit with one of our certified arborists. You’ll also make some calls to new prospects to introduce our services. If you like talking with people, enjoy a full day on the phone, and get satisfaction from hitting a daily goal, this job is a good fit.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of calls, making and taking up to 100 calls per day
• Call clients after their work is finished to confirm they’re satisfied, and collect feedback
• Pass any concerns to the right manager quickly so they can be resolved
• Make outbound calls to current and past clients to schedule on-site consultations with our sales arborists
• Make some cold calls to new prospects to generate appointments
• Keep arborist calendars full and organized by booking appointments efficiently by area
• Update client records and notes in our CRM after every call
• Follow up on open estimates and seasonal service reminders
• Track your daily calls, conversations, and appointments set

What We’re Looking For

• You genuinely enjoy being on the phone all day. You can stay upbeat, focused, and friendly from your first call to your hundredth.
• Comfortable making calls to people who aren’t expecting them, and you don’t take a “no” personally
• A genuine care for customer experience; you know how to listen when someone has a concern
• Organized and dependable, with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with a computer, a CRM, and scheduling software
• Call center, appointment setting, customer service, or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required
• No tree knowledge needed; we’ll teach you what you need to know
