Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Operations Specialist in Charlotte to provide support to a divisional office, terminal or customer account. The Operations Specialist will monitor customer systems, complete administrative processes and work with company drivers to achieve customer satisfaction and goals.
Responsibilities:
Respond to driver phone calls.
Track and report out late loads.
Resolve overdue shipment related issues.
Complete a variety of projects with other associates.
Provide input and feedback to operations leaders.
Skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong customer service skills.
