Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and grow a team of project and engineering managers. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability across projects and service delivery.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion safety standards and ensure adherence to all organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Technology & Innovation: Drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize workflows, and implement cutting-edge smart building technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in operations management within smart building environments.
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BMS), HVAC, and security systems.
- Technical proficiency with IoT platforms, data analytics tools, and smart building software.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with platforms such as Tridium, EcoStruxure, or similar
- Proven success in coaching project managers in forecasting, subcontractor management, manpower planning, and scheduling
