This role ensures material availability, cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and operational continuity while driving growth, margin improvement, and on-time customer delivery. The position partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to align supply chain strategy with business objectives.

What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned to operational and growth goals
- Lead planning for engineered-to-order and configured products, balancing cost, lead time, and risk
- Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance for direct and indirect materials
- Establish strategic supplier partnerships and drive cost reduction initiatives
- Oversee demand planning, MRP, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes
- Ensure on-time material availability to support production and project schedules
- Identify and mitigate supply risks and develop contingency sourcing strategies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8–12 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with engineered-to-order or complex industrial products preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and supplier management expertise
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
