Join our dynamic sales team and become a catalyst for growth! We're seeking a passionate General Field Sales Professional to build and nurture valuable contractor relationships while driving business success through strategic field interactions.

What will you do:

  • Drive sales performance by developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned contractors through regular field visits and interactions
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored products, services, and solutions to maximize business opportunities
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, bids, and proposals while conducting effective product demonstrations
  • Identify and engage prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and foster repeat business
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets within your assigned geographical territory

  • Proven track record in face-to-face and remote B2B sales with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and address contractor needs effectively
