- Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned contractors through regular field interactions
- Execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Create and present professional sales proposals and bids to secure new business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
- Proven track record in face-to-face and remote B2B sales with demonstrated results
- Strong relationship-building abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and territory planning skills
