Data Science Intern (Global Finance)

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Data Science Internship out of our Boston Hub. You will have the chance to join an international company, where you will gain invaluable experience and develop your professional skills! Your IMPACT:

• Support in research, design, and testing of statistical and machine learning models
• Assist in exploratory data analysis, data extraction & transformations
• Visualize data for internal & external use
• Provide data driven insights and recommendations to support product development
• Perform any ad-hoc analysis based on business needs
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
• Understanding of concepts for statistical and ML models, ideally for time series forecasting
• Programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas) for data manipulation and analysis
• Data visualization skills (Matplotlib/Plotly)
• Problem-solving skills: applying analytical thinking to solve tasks with support from senior developers
• Passionate about learning every day
