Asphalt Paving Foreman

Schlouch Inc has an immediate need for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to run paving operations and lead crews in the field. The Asphalt Paving Foreman role is a working foreman position ideal for someone who can take ownership of production, safety, and job performance on jobsites within a 75-mile radius of our shop located in Blandon, PA. Responsibilities:

• Lead paving crews and drive production, quality, and safety
• Coordinate daily operations (materials, trucking, equipment)
• Track production, quantities, and job progress
• Read plans, specs, and manage jobsite execution
• Communicate with PMs, inspectors, and team members
• Manage crew performance and approve timesheets
• Operate screed as needed

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years asphalt paving experience with leadership
• Proven ability to run a crew and hit production targets
• Strong knowledge of paving operations and equipment
• Ability to read plans and track quantities
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

• Salary Range: starting at $34.00/hr; Based on Skill Level

Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily day shift, with occasional Saturdays
