Your Role: Guest Experience Champion

As a Schlotzsky’s Cashier, you are the first and last impression for our guests. Your mission is simple: make their day better with friendly service, a welcoming attitude, and a passion for great food.

Your Daily Impact Includes:

• Welcoming guests with a genuine smile and a friendly greeting
• Taking orders with accuracy and enthusiasm because every detail matters
• Providing fast, fresh, and high-quality service—no shortcuts on hospitality
• Handling transactions efficiently and correctly—respecting our guests’ time
• Maintaining a clean, organized front-of-house / Drive Thru because first impressions count
• Helping the team wherever needed—we’re all in this together

Who You Are:

We’re looking for people who:

• Are 16 or older
• Have a guest-first mentality—serving others is an honor, and you take pride in it
• Are dependable and bring positive energy to the team
• Pay attention to detail and follow processes to ensure guest satisfaction
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle busy shifts with a smile
• Enjoy working as a team and stepping up to help where needed
• Can stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

WHAT MAKE US – US?
Outside of our obviously mouthful of a name – it’s the mouthful of flavors we pack into every bite. With each bite a moment, a memory, an escape – well, at least for the time it takes to finish - and with our portions that can be a while. And never a crumb left behind, because good knows good.
Here, we find comfort in knowing our food brings you comfort – from the moment you walk in, to the moment you taste our fresh-from-scratch baked bread. And since everything is made-to-order - from sandwiches to pizza - it makes sense that we’re more deliberate food than fast food. Although, we do promise it’s worth the wait.
