Deburring-finishing Operator Position Overview
Work in a team of 5-8 members, primarily responsible for deburring, buffing, and polishing of medical device instruments.
Wednesday to Sunday- 4pm-12:30am .
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
oFollow work instructions.
oUse a microscope to inspect your work.
oUse buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr.
oUse Ultrasonic cleaning machine medical device components.
oMaintain necessary logs.
oProvide necessary information to other team members and departments.
oTrouble shoot minor errors.
oReport on job status/progress to members of management team.
oMaintain quality, safety control standards.
Necessary Education, Skills, And Competencies (including Licensing And Certifications)
oGood eye coordination
oAbility to speak, read (English)
oExcellent communications skills
oGood vision
oAbility to handle delicate parts
oFlexible schedule, dependable and possessing willingness to learn new techniques
oAbility to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
oAbility to concentrate on a single task for prolonged periods of time
