This is a flexible part-time position with opportunities to learn about plants, landscaping, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with plant selection and loading purchases
- Water and maintain plants
- Keep the nursery clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Unload plant & material deliveries
- Make local deliveries in company vehicles (Valid driver's license required)
- Assist with general nursery operations
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record is a plus, but not required
- Available to work Saturdays
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Experience pulling a trailer, operating equipment, or plant knowledge is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
