Class A CDL Driver / Truss Plant Team Member
Full-Time | Residential Deliveries | Hands-On Work Environment
Schere Bros. Lumber Co. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Class A CDL Driver to join our truss plant team. This position combines local delivery driving with hands-on work in our truss manufacturing yard when deliveries are not scheduled.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver roof and floor trusses to residential job sites
- Safely load, secure, and transport building materials
- Assist in the truss plant and yard during non-driving hours
- Help build and assemble trusses
- Support yard operations, material handling, and general shop tasks
- Work closely with the production and delivery teams to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physical environment
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Construction, lumberyard, or truss experience preferred but not necessary
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
