Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. Pay starts at $40,742 - $45,786 per year, based on candidate qualifications and experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Provide administrative support to the Office Managers, while preparing, writing, and processing orders. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, results-orientated environment that requires multi-tasking skills. Must be committed to providing the best possible service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
- Keep track of all material shipping to and from outside vendors.
- Compiling and recording job and cost data.
- Assisting customers at the front desk.
- Setting up training courses for employees.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
- Customer service experience: 1-3 years.
- Multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
- Attention to detail.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Invoicing and Billing
- Assist with Payroll
- Comfort using technology and office equipment.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sharp decision-making skills and receptive to learning.
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic.
