- Assists with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close.
- Prepares monthly journal entries.
- Responsible for account analysis. Maintains fixed asset ledger and depreciation schedule.
- Prepares daily bank activities and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Responsible for various state sales tax returns, state registrations and annual reports.
- Assists with quarterly government census reports.
- Records financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accruals.
- Assists with annual external audit.
- Must be a US Person.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1
- 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a working knowledge of US GAAP, journal entries and account analysis.
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems and analyze financial data.
- Must possess strong organization, communication, math, and computer skills
- Microsoft Suite with intermediate/advanced Excel skills. MRP/ERP experience is a plus.SAP preferred.
- Must be available first and last 3 days of every month due to monthly/quarterly/year-end close.
- Some experience in a manufacturing or service environment preferred.
- Must be a US Person.
