Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking an associate with 5 years’ experience for its Banking Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of bona fide experience in representing financial institutions in lending
- Commercial transaction and leasing experience a plus
- Excellent written and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- New Jersey Bar Admission required
- New York Bar Admission helpful

The annualized salary range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
