Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving and responding to customer requests for pricing, delivery, and order status information.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Engineering to provide timely responses and a high level of service to our customers.
- Proactively manage key customer contracts, orders, and RFQ’s (request for quotes) to insure the highest level of service.
- Process and maintain order and production information within our Epicor ERP system.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors preferred
- 1-3 years work experience in B2B Customer Service
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- ERP experience strongly preferred (ex. Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
- Willing to train the right individual with administrative experience and an eagerness to learn
