The Role:
As Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art service center. You will be responsible for leading a team of factory-trained technicians and advisors, ensuring every vehicle receives the meticulous care our brand is known for.

What You Bring:
- Proven Experience: You must have previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager (European OEM experience is a significant plus).
- Leadership: A track record of mentoring staff, hitting CSI targets, and managing high-volume workflows.
- Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of P&L, inventory management, and technician productivity.
- Customer Focus: A "client-first" mentality that aligns with luxury brand expectations.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of major Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as CDK Global or Reynolds & Reynolds is essential for managing workflow and reporting.

- 5 years of experience in an automotive service environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
