Painters perform a variety of tasks, including masking, sanding, painting, sandblasting, and minor equipment assembly. Painters ensure that the parts have been correctly prepared and painted according to the required specifications for each job.
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment. Is expected to be highly familiar with all production operations. Continuous lifting of 50 pounds. Standing for long periods of time throughout the day.
2nd Shift Premium
MUST HAVE PAINT/BLAST EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
- 15% shift differential
- 4,10-hour shifts M-Th
- Work 36 hours, paid for 40
- Plus 15% shift differential
- Equivalent to ~28% higher pay than base rate
