Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cutting Operations Supervisor located in Milltown, WI. The supervisor will oversee and manage cutting operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with production schedules. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of operators, coordinating daily tasks, managing resources, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role also involves analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring communication between teams to achieve high-quality production outcomes.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Experience in Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization and resource allocation.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional Communication skills to ensure clear instructions and foster collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, especially in cutting and metal fabrication, is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Luck, WI, and adapt to a collaborative industrial environment.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Technical certifications or a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Operations) are a plus.
