Senior Buyer - E-motor Segment

Your Key Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for relationship management / dispute resolution between supplier and plant.
• Lead the assigned commodity and support purchasing manager / director in strategic planning processes and project management.
• Monitor costs and status of negotiations, contract status, and percent of spend under contract, while maintaining and ensuring agreements remain active and in place.
• Develop and drive price reductions within the commodity.
• Negotiate with supplier to acceptable pricing levels and onboarding.
• Secure required approvals for awards and issue purchase orders to the supply base.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of related purchasing experience.
• Strong blueprint comprehension.
• Basic mechanical and technical comprehension.
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Power BI.
