Job Overview
As Coordinator - Pricing, you will play a key role in maintaining and administering pricing structures that align with our sales strategies and support business success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update list prices, rebate groups, and price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare price list releases and facilitate communication to the entire sales team for seamless access.
- Respond promptly to pricing inquiries related to RFIs, proposals, offers, and negotiations.
- Support order processing by providing pricing information when necessary.
- Collect and analyze market pricing data to support benchmarking and competitive pricing strategies.
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field
- Experience with pricing administration or sales support functions
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and pricing models
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with analytical ability to handle market data and pricing adjustments
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship
- Experience with SAP
