Your Key Responsibilities

• Complete 7,000 hours between the College Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in our manufacturing facilities
• Assembles tool sets for production
• Breaks down and cleans tooling after production
• Inspects tooling for damage or wear after production
• Makes major repairs to tooling
• Completes minor tool optimization projects
• Maintain complete and accurate records on tooling as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follows all safety rules and practices
• Follows all quality procedures
• Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices including 5-S standards
• Successfully complete, to the Company’s specification, courses of study required for the Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology
  
  

Your Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of the Compass Placement Test (required for school admission)
• Ability to move or lift 35 pounds
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
