What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Operator position at Schaeffler Group?
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support daily quality operations such as inspection and handling of products.
- Execute incoming inspections for parts and/or raw material, according to given standards.
- Perform prescribed check routines of different kind and pack parts or products for internal or outward shipping.
- Release deliveries or products and services which meet expectations, if required.
- Document results of inspection in the respective IT systems, if required.
- Report any discrepancies or non-conformities found during inspections to the relevant department.
Your Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English
Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
Good visual acuity
Ability to perform repetitive fine motor tasks for extended periods (e.g., gripping, pinching, twisting, or manipulating small objects/tools).
Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
