Schaeffer Manufacturing is expanding and seeking experienced, self-motivated professionals to develop industrial, fleet, construction, mining, municipal, manufacturing, waste & recycling, agriculture, and heavy equipment accounts. This is not a salaried position. This is a chance to build a long-term, commission-based business representing one of America's oldest and most respected lubricant manufacturers.

Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial and industrial accounts.
- Become a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners.
- Help customers reduce equipment failures, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability.
- Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving.
Qualifications
- B2B outside sales experience (industrial, fleet, construction, equipment, manufacturing, agricultural, or technical sales preferred).
Required Skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Organized, driven, and coachable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ideal industries such as Heavy Truck Fleets, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining & Aggregates, Municipal Public Works, Waste & Recycling, Agriculture, Logging & Forestry, Ready Mix & Asphalt, Equipment Rental, Marine & Ports, Food Processing, and Industrial Maintenance.
Pay range and compensation package
100% Commission (1099 Independent Contractor). Your income is determined by your effort, your customer relationships, and your ability to grow a territory. There is no artificial cap on your earning potential.
