What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound/outbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Create dispatch tickets and help schedule service technicians
- Support dispatch operations and maintain accurate customer records
- Provide administrative support to the Service team
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years customer service or scheduling experience
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Professional phone presence; 40 WPM typing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable and punctual
