JOB SUMMARY
Lead, develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that support SullivanCotter’s business strategy and help it achieve its growth goals.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serve as the primary Marketing point of contact to lead and develop practice-level marketing strategy and integrated, multi-dimensional Marketing campaigns for SullivanCotter’s Clinical Workforce Services practice
- Partner with Practice leaders to identify and refine target segments and develop marketing assets and deliver client-facing interactions; Recommend approaches and create omni-channel campaigns that drive growth and engage clients and prospects
- Deliver metrics to marketing and business leaders to show measurable results of marketing efforts; Use data and insights to modify plans/approach
- Partner with the Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) to coordinate timely and effective development and deployment of marketing content and deliverables (e.g., digital content, virtual programs, social media, email, support for in-person events/conferences, etc.).
- Develop organization-wide brand guidelines, quality standards, and processes and ensure they are followed
- Support organization-wide consistency and strategy alignment
- Monitor and effectively manage budgets to meet strategic project objectives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business communications or mass communications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated skills in external B2B marketing
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in developing multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, virtual and in-person events, and marketing collateral development
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects under competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clear expectations and direction
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leadership and functional team leaders to assess marketing needs, define objectives, and identify audiences for key messages that support the Firm's business strategy
- Advanced technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint
- Works collaboratively and is a strong team contributor
- High level of self-motivation with accountability and confidence to work independently and with teams, both in-person and virtually
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Experience in health care marketing in the consulting industry is a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a remote position with minimal travel (0-5%). Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
- $115,700.00 - $192,900.00 annually
