Commercial Litigation Associate

Our client, a boutique law firm with a 20 year history of exceptional insurance defense, professional liability, and litigation, is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial litigation, to join their onsite team in Melville.
For this role, you need to be well-experienced in the litigation of commercial cases arising out of complex corporate, real estate and business disputes, as well as conducting depositions, all phases of written discovery, and motions. This role requires an onsite/in-office daily presence, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and a team-oriented work capability.
The salary range for this opportunity is $125k-$145k (based on experience) and includes medical/dental/vision coverage (with heavy contribution), 401k with contribution, FSA, 3-weeks PTO, and a low hourly billable minimum.
