Way Mechanical is a mechanical contractor located in San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Tulsa, and North Carolina. We specialize in Emergency Services, Preventive Maintenance, and SOW projects. We are seeking a self-motivated, skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnoses HVAC, performance through observation, refrigeration, testing, and setup
- Ability to troubleshoot commercial equipment
- Operate power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service on the equipment
- Be able to track service-related tasks, materials, and labor hours on company provided iPad
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management
Qualifications:
- Preferred 5 Years Commercial HVAC Experience
- Preferred 5 Years experience in HVAC maintenance/repair
- Ability to follow a scope
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the state in which you are applying and a good driving record
- Ability to understand the use of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools
- Must have EPA
