This is a full-time, on-site role as an Inventory, AP/AR, and Bookkeeping Specialist located in Hallandale Beach, FL. The role involves overseeing inventory control and management, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting bookkeeping activities. The individual will monitor physical inventory, ensure stock accuracy, manage financial transactions, and support customer service needs. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of working closely with various teams to maintain efficient business operations.
- Strong skills in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in accounting and inventory management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in the skincare or distribution industry is an advantage
