Scentiment is one of the fastest growing e-commerce fragrance retailers in the US, recognized for its rapid growth and innovative approach to the online fragrance market.
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven TikTok Shop Channel Manager to lead the growth, performance, and profitability of our TikTok Shop. This person will be responsible for scaling revenue to 7 figures, optimizing channel operations, and building a high-impact affiliate ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success with TikTok Shop, strong e-commerce acumen, and deep experience in creator/affiliate partnerships.
- Own and scale the TikTok Shop channel with a clear roadmap to 7 figure revenue.
- Strategize and execute high-converting product listings, live selling tactics, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify, recruit, and activate TikTok creators and affiliates to promote products via affiliate marketing tools.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and agencies to expand the affiliate network and drive UGC-based conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize for ROAS, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
- Manage TikTok Shop backend operations including inventory sync, order tracking, and customer support alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, platform changes, and best practices in social commerce.
- Work with internal teams (creative, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless operations.
- Test and scale new strategies, creatives, and offers based on data insights.
- Proven success scaling TikTok Shops to 7-figure revenue and beyond.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop operations, affiliate tools, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, creator ecosystem, and e-commerce trends.
- Existing network of TikTok creators and affiliate partners is a major plus.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Self-starter with a growth-hacker mentality and relentless execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience with other marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Familiarity with influencer management platforms or affiliate tracking tools.
