Job DescriptionWe’re a TikTok Shop partner agency looking for a Client Manager who is relentlessly results-oriented and deeply AI-driven — someone who uses AI in their daily workflow to move faster, think sharper, and outproduce a team twice their size.
This is not a coordination role. You will own outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Recruit the best D2C brands. Identify, pitch, and close top-tier consumer brands looking to scale on TikTok Shop.
- Build and manage a community of thousands of small/micro influencers on TikTok Shop — recruit them, activate them, retain them, and turn them into a GMV engine for your clients.
- Buy media on TikTok. Plan and run Shop Ads / GMV Max campaigns. Own ROAS.
- Drive client growth. Translate brand goals into TikTok Shop strategy across creators, LIVE, organic, and paid. Be measured by GMV.
- Use AI everywhere. Creator outreach, content briefs, reporting, prospecting, ops — if it can be automated or accelerated with AI, you’re already doing it.
- 2–5 years in client services, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or D2C growth
- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience — affiliate program, LIVE, Shop Ads
- Proven ability to recruit and manage influencers at scale (hundreds to thousands)
- Real media buying chops on TikTok
- A results obsession — you talk in numbers, not activities
- An AI-native operator — you reach for Claude/ChatGPT/automation before you reach for a teammate
